Leelanau Wine Cellars ships via UPS. An adult signature is required for delivery.

By law, following the receipt of your wine order, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges of alcoholic beverages unless the product is spoiled or contaminated. If the product you received is spoiled or contaminated please contact us so we can provide a full refund or exchange, including shipping and handling, of the spoiled or contaminated wine. Leelanau Wine Cellars is not responsible for wine that is damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment.

If at any time prior to the receipt of your order you wish to cancel your order, please refuse shipment and contact us immediately. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled orders.
