Nouveau is produced and bottled within a month after our harvest and right on time for the holidays. 

The Limited Release Merlot came from our M-204 vineyard, which features a sloped topography that brings diverse flavors to its wines. Aged for 12 months in 3-year-old oak barrels, this wine has a palate of dark rich berries.
