Production Notes
While collecting berry samples to determine harvest timing, it was apparent that the Pinot Noir had especially interesting flavors in 2020. It was then decided that we try something a little different with this particular batch: a rosé. Crafting this harvest into a rosé-style wine, the goal was to extract those excellent flavors against a background of the characteristically cool-climate Pinot Noir acidity. The fruit was hand-harvested in order to ensure preservation of these flavors.
