Vignoles

This semi-dry white wine showcases aromatics of very ripe tropical fruits like pineapple and papaya, integrated with honeysuckle. The character of the aromatics follows through to the pallet with an additional layer of slate or minerality. Vignoles grapes achieve remarkable ripeness in late summer. Arrested fermentation yields an intense white wine with exotic flavors, rich sweetness, and balanced acidity.
